How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 2–3 weeks before your desired installation date for Signature Staging, and 4–6 weeks for Elite Full-Service. Urgent requests are accommodated subject to availability.

Do you work with occupied properties?

Yes. Our Signature Staging service is designed to complement existing furnishings, supplementing them with curated pieces that elevate the overall presentation.

What areas do you service?

We service the greater Las Vegas area including Summerlin, Henderson, The Strip, Lake Las Vegas, Mountains Edge, and surrounding communities.

How long does installation take?

Most Signature Staging installs are completed in a single day. Elite Full-Service projects typically take 2–3 days depending on scope and property size.

What if the property doesn't sell within the rental period?

We offer flexible rental extensions at a pro-rated monthly rate so the staging can remain in place as long as needed.
